Fueguia 1833 accepts returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our fragrances, we cannot accept returns for items that have been unsealed or used.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Our team will review your request to ensure the fragrance remains in its original, sealed cellophane wrapping before issuing a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the item in its original shipping box, including all protective materials and the provided return label to ensure safe transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our laboratory verifies the integrity of the product, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
